How to use this invoice template

1. Replace From with your freelance brand and Bill To with the client’s legal name.
2. Upload a logo if you want branding on the PDF (optional).
3. List each deliverable or hour block on its own line with a clear rate.
4. Add tax only if you charge it; otherwise leave tax empty and state net terms in Notes.
5. Download the PDF and attach it to your send-invoice email, or use Send from the toolbar.

What to include on your invoice

• Your trading name / brand and contact email
• Client company or individual billing details
• Project or retainer name in the invoice number or notes
• Line items by deliverable, milestone, or billable hours
• Optional tax if you are VAT/GST registered
• Payment method (bank transfer, PayPal) and due date
