How to use this invoice template

1. Enter your business and customer details, including tax IDs if you display them.
2. Add line items at net prices (or gross — stay consistent).
3. Open Taxes and set the correct rate for your region; add a second tax if needed (e.g. GST+PST).
4. Download the PDF and archive a copy with your bookkeeping records.

What to include on your invoice

Tax invoices must identify supplier and customer, describe the supply, and show tax exclusive / tax amounts (rules vary by country). Pre-fill a tax line, then set the correct rate for your registration.

• Supplier legal name and tax ID if required locally
• Customer name and address
• Unique invoice number and date
• Description of goods or services
• Taxable amount, tax rate/name, and tax total
• Grand total and payment details

When to use the Tax Invoice Generator

Use a tax invoice when your customer needs a document that shows tax charged (VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar). Many B2B buyers will only reclaim tax if the invoice shows the tax name, rate, and amount clearly.
